Terry Flanagan

Dario's career started over thirty years ago in public accounting with a Big Eight accounting firm.  He rose through the corporate world and entered the executive suite in the Healthcare Manufacturing & Distribution industry, placing him in the lead on many merger & acquisition projects.  Dario is also an entrepreneur and small business owner.  He has founded a real estate development and general contracting firm.  Currently, he is the principal and president of Midwest Group Accounting & Tax Service, Inc.

Joe Bartosek, CPA, MSA

Joe has over thirty years experience in the business sales and acquisitions industry, beginning in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of a Big Eight accounting firm.  He has started, bought, owned, operated, and sold many businesses over his career.  His incomparable ability to distill information and help parties find common ground has allowed him to participate in 100s of transactions throughout his career.  Besides brokerage, Joe's transactions have included angel investments, recapitalizations, LBOs, and private equity.  Joe's business ownership, accounting, operations, and business brokerage experience make him a valued participant in any transaction.  Joe is the founding partner of Midwest Group.

John Radgowski

With over thirty years experience as a business intermediary, John has coordinated the sale and/or acquisition of a broad variety of privately held companies.  Receiving national recognition for his achievements and excellent service, John has successfully completed hundreds of transactions, consistently exceeding his clients' expectations.  Prior to focusing on business brokerage, John was Executive Vice President and Director of Operations for a national retail chain.  John is also an experienced evaluator, proficient at completing afforable opinions of value for all business sectors.

Mike has over thirty years of wide-ranging business experience. He has served as a business intermediary for over ten years, and has participated in dozens of transactions.  He also has founded, bought, managed, and sold several businesses throughout his career, with ownership and management experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Business Services, Consumer Services, Event Production, and Retail.  His practical experience is buttressed by educational proficiencies in Economics and Strategic Planning, allowing him to deploy industry best practices in his brokerage work.  This broad-based experience, as well as excellent analytic and interpersonal skills have allowed Mike to be a highly effective and valued intermediary.  Mike is a partner of Midwest Group.
